In honor of letter U, we had an upside down day. The kids and the teachers wore something upside down. I had them draw, label and write about what they wore upside down first thing in the morning. Then we read George Upside down for fun. As a special treat we made pineapple upside down cupcakes. After the cooking fun, the kids drew and wrote the steps in order to show how to make the upside down cupcakes. I forgot to take a picture of this, but I will and upload it on Monday.
