In honor of letter B, we had bear day and read Corduroy. We did a shared writing to re-tell the story using numbers and sentences about the main events. The students wrote all the word wall words and I wrote the other words. We made our own Corduroy and chose the color of his overalls and gave him one button.
How cute are those?! P.S. I am in LOVE with your calendar corner!! I'm already writing down ideas of things I need to add next year. ;)
